Med spa software pricing

61 tools are listed. 36 publish a price. 25 say Not listed, which means that vendor's own page did not show a number we could quote. This index copies the card price from each listing. It does not turn them into one "med spa software costs $X" figure, because a booking page, an EMR, and a financing fee are not the same purchase.

Last verified October 23, 2026. The date on each row is the day that vendor page was checked. A row dated earlier than today was not re-fetched for this page. Open the listing for the source link and the longer price note.

Questions this page can answer

How much does med spa software cost?
There is no single price. This directory lists 61 tools. 36 publish a price and 25 say Not listed. Among booking systems, published stickers include Boulevard (From $179/mo); Vagaro ($23.99/mo promo); Mangomint ($120/location + $10/user); Aesthetic Record ($15 or $19 per user); Jane App ($59, $79, or $99/mo); AestheticsPro ($160, $285, or $350/mo); GlossGenius (Medspa from $148/mo); OptiMantra ($99/mo for the first practitioner); Acuity Scheduling (From $16/mo); Square Appointments (Free, $49, or $149/mo); Fresha ($19.95/mo or $14.95 per person); Pabau (From $104/mo for one user). A $0 plan and a per-user EMR are not the same purchase. Read the listing before you compare two numbers.
Which med spa systems do not publish a price?
25 listings say Not listed. In booking and practice software, that is Zenoti, PatientNow, Nextech, Symplast, Meevo, Mindbody, Moxie, Decoda Health. Not listed means the vendor page did not show a price we could quote. It is not a claim that the software is free.
Does the card price include texting, card processing, and onboarding?
Usually no. The card is the sticker the vendor published for the software plan. Processing rates, message credits, and setup fees are in the price note on the listing when that same vendor page printed them. If the page did not print them, the note says so.
