RepeatMD
A membership, rewards, and ecommerce app for aesthetic practices. Pricing is described as flexible and is not printed.
What it does for a med spa
RepeatMD gives the practice a branded app for memberships, packages, and repeat visits, with text and push reminders. It is the retention layer on top of the EMR. Several EMRs, including Aesthetic Record, name it as an integration. The pricing page says they offer flexible options and does not list a dollar amount.
Who it’s best for
A spa that wants memberships in a patient app and will book a demo to hear the fee.
Pros
- Memberships and repeat purchase are the actual revenue problem after the first visit.
- A patient-facing app is more visible than a membership buried in the EMR.
- EMR integrations are part of the pitch, so you may not be retyping members.
Cons
- No public price. Do not budget from a Facebook group screenshot.
- If your EMR already sells memberships, you may be paying twice for the same idea.
- An app nobody downloads is a branded login. Adoption is the work.
