Podium is the inbox a lot of local businesses use for texting and Google review requests, plus payments and an AI employee. Med spas use it when the booking system is weak at reviews and webchat. The public pricing page asks you to pick an industry and get a custom quote.
Who it’s best for
A multi-location group that wants reviews and texting standardized and will negotiate the quote.
Pros
- Review requests and two-way text are the core, which is the gap in a lot of EMRs.
- Payments in the same thread can close a consult without a second login.
- The quote-only page is at least not a fake starting price.
Cons
- No public price. You cannot tell if it is $200 or $600 until the call.
- It overlaps Weave, your booking system's texting, and a CRM. Stacking all of them is how the software bill gets silly.
- AI features are a sales conversation, not a rate card.
