What it does for a med spa
Robylon answers customer support on email, web and in-app chat, voice, and WhatsApp. The homepage also lists Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and review sites, and says most teams go live in 7 days. It can take an action in a connected tool, such as a Shopify return or a helpdesk update, and hand the thread to a person. The homepage says it can book a qualified lead onto a calendar. The health and fitness page describes gyms, clinics, telehealth, and wellness brands booking doctor and dietitian appointments. None of the pages checked on November 2, 2026 name a med spa, a treatment menu, or Boulevard, Mangomint, or Zenoti. For a spa, this is a general support agent, not a med-spa front desk.
Who it’s best for
An owner who wants a published chat and email AI price, including a free plan, and will ask what a phone minute costs before putting this on the spa line.
Pros
- Starter is free, and the credit tiers, the 10% yearly discount, and the seat prices are printed on one page.
- The pricing page puts phone calls on Business, so the $25 plan is not a voice receptionist.
- The integrations page names Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio, and Aircall. The homepage FAQ says Robylon is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant.
Cons
- It is a general customer-support AI. The pages checked do not describe a med spa front desk or a booking write-back into Boulevard, Mangomint, or Zenoti.
- The pricing page says voice calls use credits at a different rate and does not print a per-minute voice price.
- The conversation counts on the pricing page are for chat, WhatsApp, and email. A busy phone is not those estimates.
